Tell us your company name, the email you sign in with, your device (iPhone, Android or web) and what happened. Screenshots help. We read every message and reply by email.
Getting started
SiteFuse is used by companies and their teams. Each person signs in to their company's workspace.
- Joining your team: ask your company administrator to invite you. You'll receive an email with the next step.
- Starting a new company: open the app and tap Create Account, or sign up at dash.sitefuse.app.
- Where to use it: the SiteFuse app for iPhone (iOS 15.1 or later) and Android, and the web console at dash.sitefuse.app. Your data is the same everywhere.
Trouble signing in
- Forgot your password, or never set one? On the sign-in screen, tap Password, then Forgot password?. Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code to set a new password. You can also sign in right away with the Verification code tab.
- No code arriving? Check your spam folder and make sure you're using the email your company invited. Codes expire after 5 minutes.
- “This account is scheduled for deletion”? A deletion request is pending for your account. Email us to cancel it.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Me → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. You can also email us from the address you sign in with.
- After you request deletion you can no longer sign in. We permanently delete your personal information within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Changed your mind? Email us before the deletion completes and we'll cancel it.
- Your company may keep work records that mention you (for example, a work order you completed) as part of its business records. See our Privacy Policy.
Ozzie, the AI assistant
Ask Ozzie in plain language — for example “What's on today?” or “Create a work order for Baycrest Plaza.” Ozzie drafts the change and shows you a confirmation card. Nothing is saved until you confirm it. AI drafts can be wrong; please review them before confirming.
App permissions
- Location — used only when you check in or out of a job, to record where the work happened. No background tracking.
- Microphone and speech recognition — used only while you hold Hold to Talk to speak to Ozzie.
- Camera and photos — to attach photos to work orders, check-ins and annotations, and to save images when you tap Save.
- Contacts — only if you choose to fill in a new site from your address book.
- Notifications — job assignments, schedule changes and reminders.
You can change any of these in your phone's Settings at any time.
